Our special recipe

We are delighted to launch our new Premium British Sausages. These sausages are made to the same original, tasty Korkers family recipe using 100% British pork with 80% pork content. Tasty and full of flavour, our premium sausages are high quality – perfect for a cosy night in, a special dining event, or to showcase in your restaurant. Available in:

Ingredients

Pork (80%) Water, Rusk, [WHEAT Flour (Contains Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Salt, Yeast], Pork Fat, Salt, Dried Sage, White Pepper, Dried Ginger, Black Pepper, Preservative (Sodium SULPHITE), Stabiliser (E450). Filled into a non-UK edible beef protein casing (Beef Protein, Stabiliser (Cellulose)] For allergens, including cereals containing gluten, see ingredients in bold. Made in the UK using British pork.
