New for 2020, these Swedish-style meatballs are made using fresh pork, tasty spices and herbs and have a subtle smokey flavour. Delicious in a light gravy served with pasta or with a rich tomato sauce, herbs and fresh bread.
They are quick to cook (just 15 minutes in a hot oven) and versatile. Each 454g pack contains around 16 meatballs, serving about 2-3 people. You'll find them in the freezer section of your local Korker stockist.

Store at -18˚C or below. Once defrosted DO NOT REFREEZE. Cooking instructions from frozen: Preheat the oven to 225˚C. Place the frozen meatballs on a baking tray in the middle of the oven for approximately 15 minutes (turning frequently), or until internal temperature of 75˚C is achieved.
