Swedish-style Meatballs

The secret to our success

Our special recipe

New for 2020, these Swedish-style meatballs are made using fresh pork, tasty spices and herbs and have a subtle smokey flavour. Delicious in a light gravy served with pasta or with a rich tomato sauce, herbs and fresh bread.

They are quick to cook (just 15 minutes in a hot oven) and versatile. Each 454g pack contains around 16 meatballs, serving about 2-3 people. You’ll find them in the freezer section of your local Korker stockist.

Ingredients

Pork (80%), Rusk, [WHEAT Flour (contains Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Naicin, Thiamin), Salt], Water, Potato Flakes, Onion Powder, Salt, Potato Starch, Dried Onion, Yeast Extract, Dextrose, Sugar, Emulsifier, (E450). Preservative: Sodium METABISULPHITE, Smoke Flavouring, Flavourings (Spice and Herb Extracts).
