Catering (prime pork) Sausages

Our special recipe

We initially created these for our local fish and chip shops, but they have quickly gained a niche in the catering market. They are made with fresh pork and our honey roast seasoning mix. The touch of sweetness means they go down great with kids so why not serve them with a mustard honey glaze and plenty of napkins for sticky fingers! They are available in our standard and jumbo sizes.

Ingredients

Pork (50%) Water, Rusk, [WHEAT FLOUR (WHEAT GLUTEN), Salt, Yeast, Raising Agent (E503(ii)], Pork Fat, “Honeyroast Seasoning” [Contains: salt, Sugar, Stabiliser [E451(I), Dextrose, Spices, (Ginger), White Pepper), Preservative (E221 (Sulphites), Flavourings , Rusk (WHEAT FLOUR), Water, Salt, Raising Agent (E503)]. Filled into a non UK beef collagen casing (Beef Protein, Cellulose, Vegetable Oil, Water, Salt).
