We initially created these for our local fish and chip shops, but they have quickly gained a niche in the catering market. They are made with fresh pork and our honey roast seasoning mix. The touch of sweetness means they go down great with kids so why not serve them with a mustard honey glaze and plenty of napkins for sticky fingers!
