The secret to our success

Our special recipe

The original recipe was created by Jim Hoad back in 1959 and we haven’t changed the recipe since. It is our most popular product and once you have tasted it we are sure you will agree it is a proper Korker! Made with fresh pork belly and sage and our special spice mix, using our traditional method to give a coarse, meaty texture that our customers love. This sausage is perfect as part of a traditional cooked breakfast paired with eggs however you like them! Available in:

- Korker Chipolatas (12 per bag 454g, 27 per bag 1.36kg)

Pork (60%) Water, Rusk, [WHEAT Flour (Contains Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin), Water, Salt, Yeast], Pork Fat, Salt, Dried Sage, White Pepper, Dried Ginger, Black Pepper, Preservative (Sodium SULPHITE), Stabiliser (E450).
